- Look for possible OSHA violations [for that NAIC Industry so the Employer is ready for OSHA inspections and Employees are safer (less Work Comp Claims)
- Develop (specific) Job Position Physical Demand Profiles that can be used for:
- Post-Offer Physical Exams and Work Fitness Evaluations
- Work with Qualified Therapists to develop a Work Fitness Evaluation [WFE] Protocols that will support employment decisions
- Return-to-Work Exams and Clearances
- Work Comp Case Duty Status determinations
- Determine Special Accommodations needed for Applicants or Current Employees with ADA-covered Conditions
- Determine if Applicants or Current Employees with specific Permanent Partial Disabilities would be safe for Job Positions [Reasonable Accommodation Determinations
- Help employers who want to set up on-site Employee Medical Clinics [I have designed Clinics, worked with Client-contracted Architects, created OSHA Manuals for Employer-specific processes, provided Clinic supply / equipment needs list, etc.]
* Serve as Medical Director
* Creat Organization / Job Position – specific Medical Standards for Applicants and Employees
* Conduct Medical Investigations into Employee Occupational Illnesses (cluster events)
* Give on-site interactive Health and Wellness talks with employees
